Common questions

Straight answers to the objections we hear most.

Is this more expensive than Tally?

Tally at ₹18,000/year bills on software alone. You still pay for spreadsheet reconciliation time, the accountant who fixes GST errors, and the spoilage you did not catch in time. Distributors on our Starter plan typically recover the subscription cost within 90 days from reduced spoilage and faster GST filing.

Will we lose our data when we switch?

No. Growth and Enterprise plans include data migration from Tally or Excel as part of onboarding. We run a parallel period so your team can verify the migrated data before cutover. Rajan S., a 5-depot distributor, completed migration in 4 days with zero disruption.

Will our staff actually use it?

FoodFlow is built for depot workers and drivers, not accountants. The mobile app works offline. Most distributors see their team self-sufficient within the first week. We include staff training in every onboarding.

Is it too complicated for our operation?

If your team can use WhatsApp, they can use FoodFlow. The interface is designed around how food distribution actually works, not how generic ERP works. Most depots are live and processing orders within 3 working days of signup.

What if the cloud goes down?

The driver and depot mobile apps work offline and sync when connectivity is restored. Your data is backed up across multiple regions. If cloud dependency is a hard requirement, the On-Premise Licence is a perpetual self-hosted option.
